Warehousing Facility

Introduction:

The warehousing facility is built to serve not only as a facility for storage of material and finished goods but would also act as a common supply point for raw material mostly in the form of PVC and HDPE resins and polypropylene granules, pigments, rubber and other inputs & additives required by units in the clsuter round the clock ensuring a steady supply to the units.

The warehouse would provide the following benefits to the cluster:

• Creation of raw material bank, for units here, which would result in cost saving due to reduced inventory carrying by individual units.
• Better utilization of storing space at existing units leading to reduced investment.
• Competitive prices for raw material achieved through negotiation for bulk purchase.
